Budtender (seasonal)
we are looking to add a Budtender that is enthusiastic about working in the cannabis sector. They are dedicated to providing the greatest client service by upholding the standards and brand. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the product, its effects, dosage, titrations, consumption techniques, quality measurements, and market trends. This position top priority is to always give our customers excellent service. Assume responsibility for achieving targets, guaranteeing steady client happiness, possessing superior product expertise, and staying up to date on all municipal and state laws. We would love to meet you if you have a contagious positive attitude, a strong passion for cannabis, and excellent customer service skills!

Responsibilities:

Stay on top of current regulations and compliance requirements.

Help customers select marijuana products that meet their needs and preferences.

The ability to provide accurate information on cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays.

Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Process cash and credit card transactions securely.

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Educate customers on responsible marijuana use and harm reduction strategies.

Help with Social Media content as needed.
Requirements:
-
Strong time management skills.
-
Experience in sales/dispensaries is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods preferred but not required, we will train you based on our products.

Attention to details and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and product displays.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all state regulations regarding cannabis sales.

Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training and certifications. To apply for a worker's permit with Montana visit TransAction Portal (mt.gov)
