Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Rate & Delivery: We offer Standard Shipping for a $11.30 flat rate via USPS. Delivery is estimated to take 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking: A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24 hours for the link to become active.
Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States (including P.O. Boxes).
Lost/Damaged: We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Contact us if your package is marked delivered but not received so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
